CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE

Dent repairs, tin soldering, silver soldering, rod alignments, piston and rotor alignment, replacement of fixed parts, pipe widening, etc. Everything you will need to serve your customers in your workshop.

The original concept of lutherie and the principles of building tools and parts will be the key that will enable your understanding and the main basis for your development.

Day 1

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

Disassembly, dry cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, washing, lubrication and assembly.
Alignment of pistons and adjustments of pomps.
Completion of services, testing and finishing.

Day 2

CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE

Unlocking pomps, structural alignment, removal of dents without welding.
Use of spine with bullets, loose spheres and high power magnet.
Tin solder.

Day 3

CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE

Double action dent repair, use of spatulas, hooks, curved spines, conical spines, roller, hammers.
Tin solder and solder finish.
Pipe expansion to eliminate leaks.

Day 4

CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE

Trombone Stick: Stick Alignment, Removing Dents, Knowledge of Handles.
Horn: Maintenance of rotors, eliminating leakage of rotors, alignments.
Silver solder.
